What you need to get a program up and running
Water Dissolved Solids monitoring and control dc_550
pH (Acid Control) or ORP (oxidizing agent control)     sdr_5000    
Chemical Feed Pumps Inhibitor and Biocide (possibly two) sp1_series
Tubing (polypropylene) or hard pipe (Stainless, MS)                   
Injection Quills      
Bleed Solenoid (1/2", 3/4", 1")

Using ball valves or all sample flow piping

                    
Coupon Rack (min Cu and MS) add room for possible corrator probe)               
Contacting water meter for bleed and make-up water
